We LOVE this 1940s black silk skirt and blouse ensemble. The blouse is incredible; composed of slinky black silk, the blouse fits comfortably on the wearer. The structured shoulders are covered in an amazing black sequin arrowpoint design that parts at the center for a V - neckline, and stretches down to the waist. The blouse ruches around the sequins at the waist, carving out the classic 40s silhouette of the piece. The A - line skirt falls below the knee, and flutters wonderfully when worn. Zip closures. Perfect.
